From Italy to Williamsburg


Excited and humbled last night to receive my own copy of Italy’s Chef Carlo Zarri’s new book From Sophia to Michelle which features several of my images taken over the years for Waypoint Seafood & Grill and acclaimed Chef Hans Schadler.

Through Chef Schadler, I met Chef Zarri in 2014 and have looked forward to seeing him each year as he travels from Villa San Carlo in Cortemilia, Italy to Waypoint’s annual Truffle Dinner in Williamsburg. Grazie Chef!
